Keith Murray running the Rugged Maniac race on 9/24/11 in Southwick, MA; A three mile run that includes at least 15 Marine Corps style obstacles, such as climbing cargo nets, jumping pylons, jumping fire, wading through mud, crawling under barbed wire, running through hanging tires, climbing 8 foot walls, belly crawls through tunnels and lots and lots of mud and water.
